“The knife grinder” by Giancarlo Carraro

Giancarlo Carraro was born in Mirano (Venezia). He attended the Academy of Venice and has exhibited his work in national and international competitions from a young age, in both the painting and sculpture categories. Carraro has taken part in numerous international sculpture exhibitions and has received numerous awards. He also creates murals and, above all, he produces works on commission including large scale works of sacred subjects.
